Terms of Service

Launch note: this production template must be reviewed and adapted by your lawyer for your company, country, tax position, refund obligations, restricted categories, and Dodo Payments merchant agreement before accepting live payments.

1. Service

Aryan Kaushik operates Outlist, a paid advertising-placement service. Payment purchases placement under the published ranking mechanics. It does not purchase an asset, award, endorsement, review, investment, guaranteed audience, or guaranteed business result.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and authorized to promote the submitted destination. You may not impersonate another business or submit content you have no right to advertise.

3. Placement and ranking

All-time, rolling 24-hour, category, and Daily boards follow the mechanics published on the Rules page. Checkout does not reserve a rank. Placement occurs only after confirmed server-side payment settlement, and other buyers may change the board before or after your payment confirms.

4. Payments

Checkout is provided by Dodo Payments. Taxes, local payment methods, receipts, currency presentation, and payment compliance may be handled by Dodo under its applicable buyer and merchant terms. We may retain provider identifiers and payment status needed to reconcile placement.

5. Refunds and disputes

Being outranked, receiving fewer clicks than expected, or failing to obtain customers is not a service failure and does not by itself create a refund right. We will honor refunds required by applicable law and should correct duplicate charges or a confirmed technical failure to deliver paid placement. Disputed or reversed payments may place the related listing under review or remove the associated placement value while the issue is resolved.

6. Prohibited destinations

You may not promote phishing, malware, fraud, illegal goods/services, stolen or counterfeit goods, hateful or violent content, deceptive impersonation, or destinations that create material safety, legal, processor, or reputational risk. Additional restricted categories may be rejected even if not listed here.

7. Moderation

We may review, recategorize, hide, suspend, or remove listings when reasonably necessary for policy enforcement, payment disputes, security, legal compliance, third-party rights, or platform integrity. Moderation decisions are recorded internally for auditability.

8. No endorsement; no guarantees

Rank is paid advertising. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, sales, revenue, SEO impact, a fixed rank duration, uptime without interruption, or suitability of any listed product.

9. Intellectual property

You retain rights in content and brands you submit. You grant us the limited right to fetch, cache, resize, display, and link public metadata needed to operate and promote the listing. You must have the rights necessary to grant that permission.

10. Service changes

We may change non-material presentation, safety controls, categories, anti-abuse methods, or infrastructure. Material changes to paid ranking economics should be published before they apply to new purchases.
